Animated gifs, how do I make you actually stay at 24fps no matter what browser you’re being seen through?!

Anyway, I was just experimenting with making digital paint look and feel more organic… Ruff still looks better. Human condition I guess. You can’t see the nuances in the paint quite as well without a background but I’ve been a little bit busy.
